Key Skills & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in a school environment is a must
• Proven ability to supervise and lead teams, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, family-centered behavioral support practices

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor two RBTs within the school district
• Provide direct behavioral supports and consultation for elementary students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other service providers
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and communicate findings to staff and families
