As an Aviation Assembler, you will:

• Assemble precision aerospace and aircraft components
• Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
• Utilize hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures
• Complete quality inspections and production documentation
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Experience with testing equipment or quality inspections is a plus

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Collins,CO.
