Sanitation Operator - 2nd shift

Position Sanitation Operator – 2nd Shift (4:00 pm – 12:00 am) – Full‑time (40 hours/week) at Cabot, VT. Responsibilities Responsible for carrying out all operations related to the master sanitation program, including setup and breakdown of CIP systems, chemical storage and labeling, and ensuring all safety policies are followed. May assist with finishing and starting production in the cheddar room if scheduling allows. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 70 lbs. Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, and crouching. Exposure to ingredient dust, high humidity, and extremes of hot and cold temperatures. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary starting at $23.68 per hour, with shift differentials: 7% for evenings, $1.00 per hour for weeknights, and $4.00 per hour for weekends.
