Pay $22 - $28 per hour Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Minimum of 2 years experience Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, providing necessary tools and materials. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, ensuring they are ready for use. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with safety protocols. Prepare and maintain patient charts, updating medical histories, and documenting procedures performed. Provide patient education and assist with post‑treatment care instructions. Set up and clean treatment rooms before and after patient visits. Assist with patient comfort during procedures, ensuring they are at ease. Manage inventory of dental supplies and order replacements as needed. Schedule patient appointments and confirm upcoming visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office and equipment, following infection control and safety standards. Provide administrative support, such as answering phones and processing patient information, when needed. Assist in other duties as directed by the dentist or office manager.
