POSITION Product Support Specialist (Driver)

DEPARTMENT Operations

REPORTS TO Branch Manager

OVERVIEW The Product Support Specialist will operate company vehicles (industrial trucks or tractors) to deliver products and materials to oil and gas, industrial, and construction job sites over established routes in North Dakota and assist with warehouse operations as required.

ON-SITE Will report to 4928 US-85 Williston, ND 58801. This position does not support remote opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Class A Truck
• Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning and fueling gas tank.
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
• Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Track hours of service and report to HSE Department
• Operate packaging machine or equipment

EDUCATION High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) is preferred.

EXPERIENCE Class A CDL is Required Industry experience is favored but not required. Applicants must be eager to learn and open to instruction
