About the Opportunity
Are you motivated by building relationships, solving problems, and earning based on your performance? We are seeking ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Freight Agent Sales Representatives.
No logistics experience? No problem. Our comprehensive 90-day paid training program will provide the tools, knowledge, and mentorship needed to launch a successful career in the transportation and logistics industry.
This role offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions , giving driven individuals the opportunity to significantly increase their income while developing a rewarding long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone, email, and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and transportation partners.
- Understand customer shipping needs and provide transportation solutions.
- Generate freight quotes and negotiate pricing.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Track freight movements and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Resolve transportation issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and transportation management systems.
- Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience is a plus but not required.
