Care includes providing medical treatments, administering medication and giving injections. Licenses must be current and enable providers to practice within the State of Georgia. Other duties include: Answers client calls and determine how to assist them. Help clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, moving in bed, and standing and walking. Observes clients, charting and reporting changes in clients' conditions such as adverse reaction to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action. Administers prescribed medications or starts intravenous fluids and notes times and amounts on clients' charts.
