Primary Responsibilities: Demonstrate a proficiency in delivering high quality age specific patient care Develop effective working relationships with all members of the ASC and Clinic Communicate information effectively, appropriately, and with courtesy regarding patient conditions to those who require the information including physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors Perform safe and competent nursing care according to the organization's policy & procedures and or ASPAN (American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nursing) standards and or AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses) standards and or SGNA (Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates) standards You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher Texas RN license American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) 2+ years RN in Operating Room in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) obtain within 90 days RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting Basic computer skills & EPIC Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35 - $63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
