Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding opportunity serving K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school community near Longmont, CO. Two contract roles are available—choose a schedule aligning with your life while making a real impact for students in need of language and communication support.

Position Highlights:

• 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week) for the academic year, working across Centaurus and Justice High Schools (Lafayette and Louisville) as a long-term leave replacement from August to May.
• 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) temporary assignment for one school year, serving Emerald and Ryan Elementary Schools (Broomfield).
• Schedules are collaborative and will be tailored with district leadership.
• Onsite service delivery is required.

Qualifications:

• Active or in-process CDE license (Colorado Department of Education). Please provide a copy with your resume; candidates without this will not be considered.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• At least one year of classroom experience required.
• School-based SLP experience is strongly preferred.
• No SLPA credentials accepted for these roles.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language interventions aligned with each student’s IEP.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support.
• Contribute to eligibility assessments, progress documentation, and ongoing evaluation.
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy for diverse speech and language needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students’ communication growth.
