MS/Tele Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30); every other weekend and holiday requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a general medical-surgical population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing and be proficient in managing various medical conditions including CHF, CP, cellulitis, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric populations.
• Administer medications, manage drips, and monitor patients' telemetry.
• Perform EKGs and other procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float within specialty and lower acuity areas as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in MS/Tele.
• Active RN license in Maryland or Compact state.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CPI.
• Travel experience is preferred; first-time travelers accepted.
