Real Estate Disposition Manager

High Visions Real Estate is seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Dispositions Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly under our Dispositions Manager to help market investment properties, build relationships with real estate investors, coordinate transactions, and assist in maximizing the value of every contract our acquisitions team secures. Duties Assist in marketing wholesale, novation, subject-to, seller finance, and other investment opportunities to qualified buyers. Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, landlords, and real estate professionals. Schedule and coordinate buyer walkthroughs and property inspections. Communicate with buyers throughout the transaction process to ensure timely closings. Verify buyer qualifications, proof of funds, and earnest money deposits. Maintain accurate records of buyer activity and transaction updates within the company CRM. Coordinate with Acquisitions, Transaction Coordination, and Leadership to ensure smooth communication between all parties. Help prepare property marketing materials, buyer emails, and marketing campaigns. Assist in resolving issues that may delay or prevent a successful closing. Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, role‑play, and ongoing sales training. Continuously grow and manage the company's buyer database through consistent follow‑up and relationship building. Learn High Visions Real Estate's disposition process with the goal of advancing into a Dispositions Manager position. Responsibilities Assist the Dispositions Manager with marketing wholesale, novation, subject-to, and seller finance opportunities to qualified buyers. Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, landlords, builders, and developers. Schedule buyer walkthroughs, inspections, and property showings. Communicate with buyers throughout the transaction process to answer questions and provide updates. Verify buyer qualifications, proof of funds, and earnest money deposits before contracts are executed. Maintain and expand the company's buyer database through consistent outreach and follow‑up. Update and maintain accurate records in the company CRM, including buyer communication, offers, notes, and follow‑up tasks. Coordinate with the Acquisitions and Transaction Coordination teams to ensure smooth communication and timely closings. Assist in preparing marketing materials, property descriptions, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and online property listings. Monitor buyer feedback and communicate pricing trends and market insights to the Dispositions Manager. Help identify new buyers through networking, referrals, social media, investor groups, and other lead generation strategies. Participate in buyer negotiations under the guidance of the Dispositions Manager while developing advanced negotiation skills. Assist in resolving transaction issues that could delay or prevent a successful closing. Attend daily team meetings, role‑play sessions, call reviews, and ongoing sales training. Learn High Visions Real Estate's disposition strategies, systems, and standard operating procedures with the goal of independently managing transactions. Qualifications Previous experience in real estate, wholesale real estate, real estate investing, sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate sales or service role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new skills. Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with buyers, and maintaining professional communication. Ability to think critically and solve problems while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software (experience with RESIMPLI or similar systems is a plus). Knowledge of wholesale real estate, investment properties, novations, subject‑to transactions, or seller financing is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel occasionally for property walkthroughs or networking events are a plus.
