Lemme Dental Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Oak Harbor, WA, where exceptional care and genuine connection are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a warm, skilled Dental Hygienist to cover a maternity leave of approximately 3 months with a likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position. At Lemme Dental Studio, full-time is 3 days per week.

If you're the kind of hygienist who remembers a patient's name, picks up on their nerves, and makes them feel genuinely cared for you'll fit right in. We move efficiently behind the scenes, but our patients feel like they have all the time in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education.
• Build authentic rapport with patients of all ages and anxiety levels.
• Document charting and clinical notes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Lemme, Dr. Bast, and the care team.
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming patient experience from check-in to checkout.
• Assist with digital X-rays and other in-office dental technology.

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
• Genuine passion for patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multi-provider dental practice.
• Familiarity with Invisalign, implant maintenance, or cosmetic dentistry workflows.
