Work Environment
The role is based in a smaller food manufacturing facility that produces large volumes of product for major retail customers and is expanding to serve additional large clients. The company operates a growing operation with a new pasteurization facility that supports increased production and creates opportunities for advancement. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work during the busy season. The Quality Control Technician works in both production and laboratory settings and will be cross-trained across the quality department, meaning some days may involve no lab work and other days may be entirely lab-focused.
