Job Title Student Brand Ambassador - University of Cincinnati - Main Campus Overview We are looking for highly motivated Student Brand Ambassadors to help improve students’ lives through education. The position is a paid role starting at $15 per hour with incentives for lead and enrollment targets. Hours are flexible (approximately 5 to 15+ hours per week) and include a paid training program. Responsibilities Use existing connections to build and strengthen Kaplan relationships with student organizations. Collaborate with full‑time campus partners to generate leads and enrollments through on‑campus initiatives and social media. Connect students who are ready to enroll in a course with the appropriate test prep expert. Execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including on‑campus events, tables, fairs, flyers, and more. Develop new relationships and establish partnerships with influential student groups and organizations. Present to students on campus to share how Kaplan’s products and resources help them achieve their goals. Use campus knowledge to bring Kaplan to relevant campus activities and initiatives. Create and share content through personal social media channels to engage students with the Kaplan brand and experience. Qualifications Current sophomore, junior, or senior on campus. Engaged in the campus community or active member/leader of a student club or organization. Skilled at finding relevant student groups and fostering those relationships. Active on social media with an engaged audience and strong digital presence. Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives while working independently and remotely. Personal Attributes Able to work in a virtual role while staying active, engaged, and responsive with your manager. Eager to gain valuable marketing, sales, and entrepreneurial skills. Proactive, self‑starter with excellent time management skills and high energy. Get‑it‑done attitude.
