The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children by providing them with a fun and safe environment to learn and grow. You will be working closely with our Program Director to deliver a high-quality experience for our students. Responsibilities Supervise and interact with children in a positive and engaging manner Implement TLE's curriculum and activities in collaboration with the Director Maintain a clean and organized environment Communicate effectively with parents Work effectively as part of a team Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Qualifications Experience working with children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work afternoons during the school year and a combination of full day shifts on no school days CPR and First Aid + additional required certification (or willingness to obtain) Hours School Year: 12 PM - 5:45 PM Scheduled No School Days: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Benefits Competitive pay Fun and rewarding work environment Opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives Additional Information We are looking for someone who is committed to providing a high-quality experience for our students and who is excited to be a part of our team.
