District Manger - Pulmonology - Northwest

District Manager for Regeneron's Pulmonology division overseeing sales representatives across the Pacific Northwest. Leads team hiring, development, and performance management while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical promotion regulations and collaborating with alliance partners.

Responsibilities

Hire, coach, develop, and retain Pulmonology Medical Specialists within assigned district
Drive sales performance to exceed forecasts and product goals across the district
Manage accountability for all results with full transparency and collaboration with alliance partners
Develop physician and customer clinical experts at regional scope
Partner with internal field teams and alliance partners to support commercial growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
7+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience
3+ years sales leadership/management in subcutaneous self-injectable biologic markets
Pulmonology market experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of payer environment, reimbursement, and healthcare systems
Extensive travel capability with local and regional influence

Compensation: $195,500-$264,500 base
