Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Meet sales & performance goals as established.
Solicits warm leads for new business.
Develop insurance quotes and finalize policies.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
Sales or Service experience is a plus.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic.
