We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Uptown Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM. This role is open to both nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, along with an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

• Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.

• Work with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Nurse Practitioners should possess a Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is set between $115,000 and $125,000 per year.
