CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing client's team in Woodstock, CT.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small to medium parts and components into finished products.
• Solder and install wiring according to schematics and assembly drawings.
• Use hand tools and test equipment to ensure product quality.
• Follow technical instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Support production goals and assist team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in assembly required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic math and reading skills; understanding of English is required.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination; experience using hand tools and light machinery.

• Temp to hire opportunities
• Resumes required
• 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday-Friday $18.50/hr.
• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30am Monday-Friday $19.50/hr.
• OT may be required
