Salary: $20/hr
Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently accepting applications for an experienced and customer-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries effectively.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately.
- Collect and process patient payments following established protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely assistance.
- Handle sensitive patient information confidentially and with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of Dental Front Desk activities and workflow.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
