In Your Day-To-Day, You Will Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication Greet and assist emergency and specialty clients Support front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight Maintain accurate medical and client records Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors Assist with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital Support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion What You Bring Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with office software and systems Excellent verbal and written communication Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance - Multiple health plan options so that you can choose something that suits your needs best. In June of 2019, we moved to a brand new, 15,000 square foot facility. Our new hospital, located next door to our previous location, is home to 24-hour Emergency Care, Cardiology, and Radiology. Our hospital is also AAHA accredited.
