Pay & Benefits:
$55,000-70,000/year starting compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day salon operations with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service and sales results
Drive memberships, retail sales, and service revenue through relationship-building and proven sales strategies
Create a clean, welcoming, and positive environment customers love
Monitor sales performance, manage budgets and cash handling, and oversee daily administrative tasks
Build community awareness through local marketing and in-store promotions
Qualifications:
2-3 years leadership or management experience
A natural leader who enjoys motivating, coaching, and developing others
Passionate about sales, customer service, beauty, wellness, and creating confidence for customers
Goal-oriented with the ability to inspire a team to succeed together
Organized, dependable, and confident handling operations and customer concerns
