Remote Blood Donor Call Specialist
American Red Cross
American Red Cross is seeking customer-focused individuals to contact blood donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment. You will follow scripting, maintain accurate donor records, and strive to maximize donor show rates. The role requires excellent computer skills and a strong customer service mindset. The position is remote but must reside in or near the Tucson, AZ area. The first day and possibly a few days will be at the Tucson Call Center, with a standard full-time schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
