Role Description The GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer is a full-time remote role with healthcare / medtech and AI experience
We’re an MIT-founded healthcare AI startup working alongside experienced healthcare leaders affiliated with institutions including Harvard and Cleveland Clinic.
We’re looking for a scrappy, high-agency operator who can turn a great product into a repeatable sales motion.
You’ll own GTM from the ground up: source your own pipeline, get in front of decision-makers, crack the pitch, nail the messaging, and close deals. You’ll work directly with the founder, with real autonomy to shape how we sell and grow.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in software engineering or systems integration, with experience working on SaaS or AI-enabled products.
- 0-to-1 Experimentation: Test acquisition channels (outbound, signal-driven plays, events, developer-led motions) and turn manual processes into repeatable playbooks.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical environments, or health IT systems (EHRs, clinical decision support, or data platforms) is highly beneficial.
- AI-Agent & Workflow Automation: Build autonomous AI agents and automated pipelines for lead enrichment, outbound sequencing, signal monitoring, and CRM hygiene
This is an early stage high ownership opportunity with equity and uncapped commission upside as you help build the business.
