Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate individualized care plans that reflect the cultural and specific needs of diverse patient populations.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals, implementing interventions that address identified mental health challenges to enhance overall patient welfare.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive treatment records in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and utilizing the latest healthcare technology to facilitate accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and review comprehensive treatment plans that outline goals and strategies for achieving desired health outcomes.

• Anticipate and manage patient safety concerns while implementing symptom reduction strategies, ensuring a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.
