PrideStaff is assisting a West Palm Beach law firm with their immediate opening for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join their expanding consumer bankruptcy division. The firm will consider hybrid or remote arrangements for candidates who can provide excellent remote work references!

Compensation & Benefits

• ** Pay: ** $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, DOE
• ** Benefits Once Perm: **

** Key Responsibilities **

• Organize and maintain all bankruptcy case files.
• Collect and manage client documentation.
• Prepare petitions and amended petitions.
• Draft motions, correspondence, and affidavits.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients, trustees, and the court.
• Maintain effective, professional communication with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney.

** Job Requirements **

• ** Experience: ** Minimum of one year of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal.
• ** Specialized Requirement: ** Must have specific experience with Florida bankruptcy procedures.
• ** Skills: ** Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload.
• ** Professional Traits: ** A sense of urgency, strong work ethic and a track record of dependable employment.
• ** Language: ** Bilingual skills are a plus.
