Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care

Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician for our Lake Hills (Bellevue), WA location.

Position Highlights:

• RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
• Centralized pharmacist refill support
• Provider EPIC trainer
• EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
• Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $291k-$415k
• Up to 5 weeks of PTO
• 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
• Relocation support available
• 5–7%retirementmatchingandimmediatevesting
• Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of a US residency program
• Washington physician licensei>
• Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
