This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) required
• Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
