Driver / Laborer

Department: Warehouse & Field Support

Schedule:

Peak Season: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Off-Season: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Overtime available upon demand

Compensation: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)

We're hiring a Driver / Laborer to support our service and installation teams. This position blends warehouse coordination with trailer hauling responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and time on the road.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate daily material needs for service and install crews
Prep and load trucks to ensure teams are ready for the day
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard
Track tools, equipment, and inventory
Follow safety protocols in both warehouse and driving activities

Driver / Hauling Responsibilities

Transport equipment and materials using a gooseneck trailer
Ensure all loads are properly secured before transport
Deliver materials to job sites and vendor locations on schedule
Complete daily vehicle and trailer inspections
Maintain a strong safety record with zero preventable incidents

What You Need to Bring

Valid driver's license
Experience operating a forklift (or willingness to learn)
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment
