Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator to manage and support event operations in Houston. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, overseeing on-site staff, and ensuring smooth execution of parking and guest flow during events. Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate event logistics related to parking and site operations * Schedule and supervise event staff and field teams * Serve as the main point of contact during events * Ensure efficient traffic flow and guest experience * Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams * Monitor event setup, execution, and breakdown Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred * Previous experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and leadership abilities * Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $18 – $28 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
