What You'll Earn Our compensation is designed to reward quality work and exceptional customer service. Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000+ Your compensation may include: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Commission opportunities Sales lead (Tech Turnover) incentives Customer review bonuses Performance-based earning opportunities Overtime available Top-performing technicians regularly earn six-figure incomes. What You'll Do Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Maintain clean, accurate service documentation Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices Collaborate with dispatch, installation teams, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience Why Technicians Choose Endless Energy We know talented technicians have options.
