Registered Nurse - ICU

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide life-sustaining treatments.
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-hospitalization recovery.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and safety standards.

Position Requirements:

A graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a BSN or ASN required.
Current Ohio RN license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain within six months)
ICU experience is preferred but not required. Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
