Role Description This is a part-time, remote Salesperson role focused on identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales through phone, email, and online meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, presenting product or service offerings, and following up consistently to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The Salesperson will maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, prepare basic proposals or quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback from customers, and suggesting improvements to sales approaches and messaging. Flexibility in working hours, strong self-organization, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets are essential.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal presentation, professional email writing, and active listening.
• Comfort with basic sales technology, such as CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and office productivity software.
• Proven organizational skills, including time management, pipeline tracking, and follow-up discipline.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs, handle objections, and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet or exceed part-time sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is highly beneficial; experience in remote work settings is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is an advantage.
