Job Description
TITLE: Physical Therapist - Outpatient/Inpatient

SCHEDULE: Variable Schedule Including Weekends

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings
- Relevant licensure and certifications as required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide patient evaluations and assessments to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise physical therapy interventions in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Overtime policy: Overtime rate for hours exceeding 40 per week is the regular hourly rate plus an additional rate.
- Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by the supervisor to be compensated.
- Housing options available for temporary stay.
- Agency invoices to be sent directly for billing purposes.
