Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist to perform a variety of medical imaging exams for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will apply principles, theories, and techniques relevant to the various imaging modalities to ensure reliable test results. This position involves daily leadership in managing patient workflow and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse medical imaging examinations, including X-ray and CT scans.
• Ensure high-quality imaging results to assist in accurate diagnoses.
• Lead and manage daily patient and department workflow.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in imaging.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray imaging.
• Willingness to float between CT and X-ray modalities as needed.

Certification Requirements

• Must have ARRT certification.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.

Additional Information

This position is for a weekend schedule, requiring three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday. Further details regarding weekend and on-call requirements will be provided during the interview process.
