CRNA Job Summary Elkhart General Hospital , a 254-staffed bed Level III Trauma Center of Beacon Medical Group , is seeking BC/BE CRNAs to join our premier practice in Elkhart, Indiana. We are an autonomy-focused practice with a medical supervisor model designed to support provider independence without micromanagement. We offer a full-scope practice in a medically supervised care team model. Position Highlights State?of?the?Art Airway Tools: McGrath video laryngoscopes available in every anesthetizing location and every room, including off sites. No Medication Barriers: Unlimited access to IV Tylenol and Sugammadex—never restricted. Clinical Flexibility: Perform blocks if you choose—your scope, your preference. PSLF Work Schedule Lifestyle?Friendly: Most providers work 3–5 days per week, 40 hours per week. Flexible Shift Structure: Mix of 8, 9, and 10-hour shifts, along with an in-house 24-hour shift which is primarily OB. Ability to trade days/weeks off with partners. No expectation to work past your scheduled shift. Fair & Balanced Call Schedule: Call shared equally among providers. Backup call is just 30 minutes away. Low-Frequency Second Call: Typically, two 2nd-call shifts per month and one weekend every 6–8 weeks. All 2nd call is taken from home. Predictable Expectations: Most call involves staying late for add-on cases; middle-of-the-night call-ins are rare. Premium Compensation: Paid at a premium when asked to stay late or come in. Extra Earning Opportunities: Additional hours available for those interested in picking up open shifts.
