As an Insurance Sales Representative , you will develop new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and help customers protect what matters most. You will work with warm leads, referrals, and your own outreach while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced team. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside a growing agency. $38,000 to $42,000 base salary . Performance bonuses and commissions on top (year-end total would range $50,000-$70,000 with base + commissions)
Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes and close new business
Prospect through leads and referral sources
Conduct policy reviews for existing clients
Cross-sell insurance and financial products
Manage client accounts with consistent follow-up
Identify coverage needs through thoughtful conversations

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus
Property and Casualty license required
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Goal-oriented sales mindset
Clear and empathetic communication
Self-motivated and accountable
