We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications Fluent English / Spanish Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Performance bonuses Employee discounts on vehicles and services Ongoing training and career development opportunities Why Join Us?
