Call Center Agent (Food Service)

A facility in Tyler, TX is seeking to hire a Healthcare Room Service Operator to join the growing team! Submit an application today to join our team!

Shift:

7am-3:30pm
4pm-8:30pm (part-time)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday + every other weekend

Pay:

$15 per hour

Responsibilities:

Accurately taking, modifying, and entering food orders into the computer system
Answering queries. addressing complaints, and enhancing customer service
Processing patient food orders
Comminating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask
