As a crucial member of our service team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing issues and performing repairs to keep our customers on the road in style and comfort. With a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, you will ensure that each vehicle is serviced to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently diagnose and repair a range of complex mechanical issues in Mercedes vehicles.
- Perform work on the repair order with precision, adhering to Rallye Mercedes and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any additional repairs needed and communicating with service advisors.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to procure necessary parts.
- Document all services performed clearly and accurately.
- Take vehicles for road tests when required to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.
