Responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude; will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

Important role information:

• This position requires availability on Sunday, Monday, and Saturday
• Morning shifts can begin as early as 5 AM
• Evening shifts end at 11 PM
• Overnight style shift is from 3 AM to 11 AM

What you'll do

As a food clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience within our fresh departments.

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including meat, seafood, bakery, deli, produce and grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
