In this position, you will assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, coordinate property listings, and support clear, timely communication with clients and team members. Your dependability, initiative, and commitment to excellent service will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Complete Buyer Certifications and Web lead conversion certifications
• Conduct min 2 open houses per month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
• Participate in script practice sessions according to team standards
• Engage in team activities as per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and manage clients using PLACE Technology
