Operated under Ethica Global Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, M2N runs structured cohort-based mentorship programs and partners with universities and regional organizations to expand access to transformative mentorship. We operate as a modern, agile nonprofit — combining mission clarity with strong execution discipline, clear ownership, and measurable outcomes. As our programs expand across multiple regions and institutions, we are building the operational infrastructure and leadership capacity to scale responsibly.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Mentorship Program & CRM Manager to own the end-to-end operational health of M2N’s mentorship program. This is a mission‑critical role: you will be the primary operational owner of the mentorship lifecycle — from intake and onboarding through active engagement, compliance, and outcome reporting. The ideal candidate combines a people‑first orientation with a systems mindset. You thrive on building reliable processes that remove friction, scale engagement, and surface actionable insights. You’re equally comfortable coordinating with mentors, mentees, and institutional partners as you are maintaining a CRM, managing cohort data, and generating program health reports for leadership. This role operates with day‑to‑day autonomy within its scope. You will be expected to proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and deliver results — not wait for direction on routine operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the full mentorship lifecycle: cohort setup, mentor/mentee onboarding, matching coordination, participation tracking, milestone follow‑through, and cycle close‑out Serve as the primary point of contact for mentors, mentees, and the university and regional partners who feed participants into M2N Monitor active cohort health, proactively identify disengagement or drop‑off risks, and take corrective action before issues escalate Facilitate a positive, professional experience for all participants that reflects M2N’s values and commitment to meaningful mentorshipCRM & PROGRAM SYSTEMS
Serve as the owner and administrator of M2N’s CRM platform, ensuring it functions as the authoritative system of record for mentorship activity, communications, and participation data Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across cohorts and program cycles Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort through automation, templates, and structured workflows Ensure the platform operates reliably end‑to‑end; escalate or troubleshoot technical issues as needed Produce clear, structured program health updates on a regular cadence — covering participation rates, engagement trends, risks, and outcomes Build and maintain dashboards or summary views that give leadership real‑time visibility into program status Translate program data into actionable insights that support decisions on cohort design, partner engagement, and resource allocationCOORDINATION & COMPLIANCE
Coordinate with volunteer contributors and regional partners to advance program tasks, event support, and communications Maintain up‑to‑date mentorship documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance records — including background check tracking Support the planning and execution of program events, information sessions, and cohort milestonesQUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
3‑5 years of experience in program operations, community engagement, education, or mission‑driven coordination roles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with reliability and attention to detail Comfortable working directly with diverse stakeholders — including mentors, mentees, volunteers, and institutional partners — at scale Strong written communication: clear, professional, and responsive Proficiency with digital productivity tools: CRM systems, spreadsheets, email platforms, and shared document environments Accountable, self‑directed, and solution‑oriented — you identify problems and move toward resolution without waiting to be askedPREFERRED
Prior experience with mentorship platforms or nonprofit program management Familiarity with data reporting, dashboard tools, or basic data analysis in a program context Experience working with university partners, student organizations, or community‑based organizations Demonstrated interest in education, leadership development, or mentorship‑focused workGROWTH TRAJECTORY
