$270 - $320 per hour | Start Date: March 1, 2026 | Term: Indefinite

• 30,000 annual ED visits
• 484 licensed beds
• 24-hour physician coverage
• 30 hours NP/PA coverage daily
• Collegial collaboration with Hospital Medicine program
• EMR: Cerner
• In-person EMR training required prior to first shift (coordinated by PCC)

Credentialing Requirements:

• Active Iowa Medical License
• Active DEA (with Iowa address)
• Active CDS
• Board Certified in: ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic equivalents)
• Residency trained in specialty
• ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required
• If ABEM-certified: must provide current ACLS and one-time proof of ATLS
• Additional Documentation Required:
• CME from past 2 years
• Case logs from past 2 years
• Copies of all education & training diplomas
• Social Security Card
• Driver's License
• Current color photo (to be emailed to MSO)
• Immunization records: TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
