Retail Sales Associate, Pembroke Lakes Mall

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling merchandise and attending to customers at The Miami HEAT Store in Pembroke Lakes Mall.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers.
• Achieving individual sales goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Adhere to all policies and security procedures.

High school diploma or general educational degree (GED); Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred. Very organized and detail-oriented. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entirety of the shift. Ability to lift merchandise, merchandising equipment, and boxes up to 50 pounds.
