GUEST SERVICE AGENT | TAILWATER LODGE

Set on the scenic banks of the Salmon River, Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton™, offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and tranquil relaxation. From Orvis-endorsed fishing and shooting sports to our indoor pool, hot tub, and full-service spa, there’s something for everyone.

We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent who brings energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every interaction. You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our guests, the problem-solver who keeps things running smoothly, and the friendly voice they remember long after their trip.

Responsibilities:

· Welcome guests with warmth, sincerity, and a friendly smile.

· Share hotel and local knowledge to make each stay extra special.

· Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in person, online, or by phone.

· Handle changes, special requests, and guest needs with ease.

· Keep guest records accurate and organized.

· Respond promptly and kindly to every request.

· Be the go-to expert for all things Tailwater Lodge.

Qualifications:

· Flexible schedule (including weekends, and holidays).

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

· 1+ years of customer service experience and familiarity with PEP (a bonus!)
