Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, meticulously following established protocols.
• Examine results for precision, troubleshoot issues, and manage preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing as necessary, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
• Ensure detailed documentation of all procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Create a clean and secure workplace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification is required throughout your time here.
