Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position

• Four 10-hour weekdays, with the possibility in the future of three weekdays and one weekend day
• Some holidays are required

Compensation

• $22-29/hour, commensurate with experience and licensure

What You'll Do:

• Process and prepare lab samples including cytologies, urinalyses, and other in-house or send-out diagnostics
• Communicate with outside laboratories to coordinate submissions, confirm pricing, and track results
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring proper documentation and organization
• Monitor and recognize abnormalities in patient diagnostics and communicate findings to appropriate teams
• Support all departments-not assigned to just one-allowing for a dynamic and well-rounded experience

Who We're Looking For:

• Veterinary or laboratory experience is required -this role needs someone familiar with medical terminology and diagnostic processes
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort with medical record-keeping and data entry
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Clear and professional communication skills for internal teams and external lab coordination
