Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

Responsible for reviewing, adjudicating, and managing low- and mid-level workers' compensation claims, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner will ensure claims are processed in accordance with company guidelines and statutory regulations while developing action plans for timely resolution. Key responsibilities Review and evaluate workers' compensation claims to determine compensability and benefits due Develop and manage claims action plans and coordinate processing with claimants and clients Establish return-to-work plans and manage claim payments, subrogation, and settlements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience Three (3) or more years of experience in the workers' compensation field Certificates and/or licenses as required by State regulation
