Qualifications and Skills Sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active, valid SLP license for practice in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior school-based or pediatric speech therapy experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in accordance with IEP and district requirements
• Provide individualized and group therapy to help students reach academic and social success
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and documentation for compliance
• Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support students’ therapy goals and overall progress
• Deliver engaging interventions designed to foster confidence and communication skills in the school environment
